I propose that we make asteroid fields be destructible by ships bigger than a freighter and regenerable after a period of time of say between 5 to 10 minutes ! this way when a cap ship needs to fly to a Jh or a mission waypoint that's located in an asteroid field they can just bash through them but at the cost of hull damage
